Over the past decade, I’ve guided hundreds of Creatives, Coaches, Therapists, and Mind~Body Practitioners toward profound self-expansion. Into a level of embodied potency that extends far beyond their “knowledge” - to a self-confidence, ease and refinement that transforms not only their impact but their lived experience.
Why did they come? Because despite their learning, dedication and even periods of therapeutic support, they felt blocked.
Capped - in mind, body, energetics, relationships or business - from achieving their fullest scale, expression, and leadership capability. How did they know? They felt it; that frustrating hum beneath the surface that speaks of too much work, with too much drain, in slightly the wrong direction. A lack of presence and true self-prioritisation on a day to day basis; the sense of niggling pressure, isolation and unmet goals; an over-adrenal tendency, with its natural propensity to speed & urgency; leanings to mind-reading, people-pleasing, leaky boundaries; recurrent fears about the size, scale or success of their work and business. “The Gap” in truth between what they knew they desired, were capable of, and the life / business they were living.

Each practitioner will come into the training with a different goal, relative to their level of experience, current pain points and business ambitions.

Approximately 2-4 hours, including live sessions, materials, and self-reflection. The course is also designed to facilitate a longer period of learning, if you are not able to attend all weekly sessions; each module will be recorded and shared with adjoining homework & practices, accessible to you throughout the training and for the 6 months thereafter.

Primary curricular and experiential sessions will be held by Anthea Bell. Bonus somatic experiences and masterclasses will be hosted by a range of international experts in the fields of Breathwork, Havening, Hypnotherapy, Functional Medicine, Pain Science, Movement rehabilitation, Sound Ceremony and Vocal Activation.
