Over the course of five deeply held and luxuriously-tailored nights together, we will immerse you in a transformational experience designed to reconnect you with the person beneath the patterns, roles and survival identities you have had to inhabit.
Through a carefully curated blend of embodiment, movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, developmental coaching, ritual, ceremony and spiritual exploration, we will create space to soften what no longer serves you and reconnect with your raw vitality, your inner wisdom, and your true desires for the life you want to live.
Costa Rica itself becomes part of the experience. The extraordinary natural world around you, offer a holding space, a teacher and an opportunity for sacred contact - inviting you to slow down, listen deeply and broaden your perspective beyond the demands of everyday life.
This marks a transition from survival into vitality - from who you have had to become, towards who you are becoming. There will be space to explore what gives your life meaning now, to reconnect with your heart-space and intuition, and to ask the deeper question; What is the life I truly want to live - and what would it look like to begin building it?
Every aspect of your experience will be thoughtfully tended to. From nourishing organic food and embodied practices, to moments of solitude for journalling, being in nature, and reflection; from private 1:1 time with your team, to optional massages and experiences that allow you to completely surrender into being held.

What’s Included:
Transport: Group transfers to/from the airport. If you need alternative arrangements, let us know.
Exclusive Stay: A private forest reserve and wellness sanctuary, entirely ours for the retreat. Sleep, move, and rest in serene eco-wilderness.
Atmosphere: Fall asleep to the sound of rain, wildlife, and rustling trees. A space to connect deeply and let your truest self emerge.

Private or Shared Rooms in the cylindrical main house.
Bungalows with porches nestled in the gardens.
Limited private rooms - Let us know if you’d prefer this option.

Tailored schedule curated to support your deepest connection, learning, and expansion. Includes:
Movement: Daily practices blending Pilates, yoga and somatic techniques.
Meditation: Group and solo practices, under waterfalls, stars and on sacred land.
Reflection: Journaling, contemplation and visioning exercises.
Teaching & Coaching: Group sessions to awaken, release and evolve personally and professionally.
Energy Work: Practices for nervous system and physical healing.

Integration & Community
To ensure a deeply connected and sacred experience, we’ll create a bespoke "container" for this retreat, including:
Private WhatsApp Group: For reflection, sharing insights, and learning tools before and after the retreat.
Pre-Event Call: Introductions and setting intentions for our time together.
Post-Event Integration: A group session one month after the retreat to reflect, receive support and plan the months ahead.
In-Person Reunion (Optional): Reconnect six months later to celebrate shifts and growth within the community.
