Anthea Bell is an Embodiment Coach, Educator, Public Speaker and Podcaster, host of the internationally acclaimed Embodied Podcast. Integrating over a decade of experience in coaching, human development and relational skill alongside somatic and physiological modalities, her work sits at the intersection of body~mind, creativity and spirituality. She supports Actors, Creatives, Coaches and Entrepreneurs into truly integrated health, wholeness and expansion.
Bessie Carter is an Actor, Producer and Activist, prolific in the field of creativity since an early age. On screen she has starred in the BBC's Outrageous, Bridgerton, A Cruel Love: The Ruth Ellis Story and Howards End. On stage she has performed at the National Theatre, the Old Vic and recently made her West End debut in Mrs Warren's Profession at the Garrick Theatre. A passionate student of Embodiment, Bessie speaks to the profound role body~mind connection has played in her own personal and professional journey.
